Content gaps

Whilst we were carrying out some keyword research for Headliners as part of their SEO Campaign, we identified a number of search terms that could generate extra organic traffic for them. Unfortunately, their website didn’t have the correct pages with well written and optimised content on them to target those terms.

Not ranking well for these extra keywords and phrases meant a large segment of their target audience would be coming across their competitors’ websites, who do have the right content to rank for the search terms we had identified.

Content that provides value

Headliners asked us to help them fill their content gaps by writing the necessary content for them. They wanted us to focus the tone of the content in a slightly different voice than the rest of their site. They needed our expertise so the final content is not just SEO friendly, but truly reflects the company, and keeps readers engaged.

The content we wrote needed to adhere to SEO guidelines, demonstrating experience, expertise, authoritativeness and trustworthiness. A key focus was to write content that provides value to audiences, whilst ticking the Google guidelines boxes to increase the chances of achieving higher rankings and more organic traffic.

The correct balance

After identifying a list of pages that would improve the chances of more organic traffic, we wrote the required content in such a way to ensure these pages are highly optimised for ranking in search engines, whilst providing value to the visitor, keeping them engaged.Taking into account hundreds of pages worth of search engine guidelines, the content was created with the correct balance of everything a search engine looks for on a webpage, giving them an on-page optimisation score of 100%
